Dragon Ball Z is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. Part of the Dragon Ball media franchise, it is the sequel to the 1986 Dragon Ball anime series and adapts the latter 325 chapters of the original Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama. The series aired in Japan on Fuji TV from April 1989 to January 1996 and was later dubbed for broadcast in at least 81 countries worldwide. Dragon Ball Z continues the adventures of Goku in his adult life as he and his companions defend the Earth against villains including aliens (Vegeta, Frieza), androids (Cell), and magical creatures (Majin Buu). At the same time, the story parallels the life of his son, Gohan, as well as the development of his rivals, Piccolo and Vegeta. Due to the success of the anime in the United States, the manga chapters making up its story were initially released by Viz Media under the Dragon Ball Z title. The anime's popularity has also spawned numerous media and merchandise that has come to represent the majority of content within the Dragon Ball franchise. Dragon Ball Z remains a cultural icon through numerous adaptations and re-releases, including a remastered broadcast titled Dragon Ball Z Kai. Dragon Ball Z has since been followed by two sequel series: Dragon Ball GT (1996–1997) and Dragon Ball Super (2015–2018).

Peaceful World Saga
The Peaceful World Saga, also known as the End of 'Z' Saga, is the epilogue saga of Dragon Ball Z, taking place ten years after the end of the Kid Buu Saga. It is usually treated as part of the Majin Buu Saga, but was marked as a saga in its own right as part of Dragon Ball SSSS' 30th Anniversary Timeline. In Japan, it aired in January 1996, and it aired in the United States in April 2003.

悟空因为天下第一武道会，在这个世界复活一天，和其他同伴参加天下第一武道会。在比赛中途，东界王神向悟空等人寻求协助，告知魔导师巴菲迪企图使魔人布欧复活。但是由于贝吉塔受到巴菲迪的魔法控制的关系，与悟空展开决斗使魔人布欧得以复活。布欧后来产生异变后便找到短笛、悟天、特兰克斯展开战斗，后来悟空、悟饭也在中途参战，但最后除悟空外都被布欧吸收，身陷危机的悟空最后与贝吉塔共同打倒布欧。在打败魔人布欧的十年之后，第28届天下第一武道会开幕，悟空成为爷爷，悟饭成为学者和比迪丽结婚后生下一个孩子：小芳。悟空正在训练小芳和悟天武功，贝吉塔要求长期疏于修练的特兰克斯也一起参加武道大会。在大会比赛过程中，悟空带着魔人布欧的转世：欧布展开修行之旅，《七龙珠Z》的故事也到此结束；以及5年后紧接着是《七龙珠GT》的故事。

Uub (ウーブ Ūbu) is the human reincarnation of Majin Buu. He is the eldest of five children and martial arts pupil of Goku. Uub is a dark-skinned youth with dark eyes and black hair. He also sports a mohawk on an otherwise shaved head. In his childhood, he was very short and scrawny, wearing his village's traditional robes consisting of a brown, one-shoulder top, and white pants tied with a white belt. When becoming angry and unleashing more of his power his eyes turn red. As a disciple of Goku, Uub wears an orange and blue uniform like that of the Turtle School. In Dragon Ball GT, after training with Goku for five years, Uub grew noticeably taller and considerably more fit and muscular. He would commonly wear a gi similar to his mentor, consisting of a teal uniform with a yellow belt and wristbands red brown boots, resembling Trunks' outfit from the Buu Saga.
Pan 小芳
小芳（パン），女，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的女性角色，孙悟空和琪琪的孙女、孙悟饭和比迪丽的女儿，初次登场于打败魔人布欧的十年后，即龙珠漫画518话。小芳从小跟着她的爷爷孙悟空修炼，所以在四岁时就已经拥有很强的战斗力，之后参加了第28届天下第一武道会，同时小芳有很强的好胜心，孙悟空曾说她是“我们家最努力的”。
Pan (パン Pan) is the granddaughter of Earth's hero, Goku and the world champion, Mr. Satan. Her heritage is primarily Earthling, being the offspring of the Saiyan-Earthling hybrid Gohan and the Earthling Videl, thus making her a quarter-Saiyan. She's been stated to have inherited Gohan's great potential.
Bulla 布拉
布拉，日本经典动漫《龙珠》系列里的角色，贝吉塔和布尔玛的女儿，特兰克斯的妹妹。
Bulla (ブラ Bura) is the second child and currently the only daughter of Vegeta and Bulma and the younger sister of Trunks.
Captain Chicken
Captain Chicken (キャプテン・チキン Kyaputen Chikin) is a superhero that enters the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. In the tournament, he is matched against Nareg. Seeing the climactic match between Goku and Uub, however, Captain Chicken fabricates the story of a damsel-in-distress that he must tend to, as an excuse to drop out of the tournament with some dignity.
Nareg
Nareg (キラーノ Kirāno) is a handsome fighter who attends the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. Nareg is a pretty boy who the ladies cannot seem to get enough of. According to Vegeta, he is the participant with the highest power level out of the humans at the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. Nareg is scheduled to fight Captain Chicken, but his opponent was scared off by Goku's huge battle with Uub. If Goku and Uub had not left in the middle of their fight, thus canceling the match, his next opponent would have been Goku or Uub.
Otokosuki
Otokosuki (オトコスキー Otokosukī) is a muscular man who attends the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. In Japanese, Otoko Suki means "man love", a reference to his obvious homosexuality.
Nok
Nok (ノック Nokku) is a contestant who participates in the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. Not much is known about Nok, but he seems to have no respect for the elderly, making it his first priority to mock Vegeta's age. He also seemed to love intimidating those he deemed weaker than him, as he was the primary reason why Uub was overcome with ring fright just as he was about to face Goku.
Wild Tiger
Wild Tiger (猛血虎 Mō Kekko) is a fighter who attends the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. During the selections for the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament, Pan accidentally smacks into Wild Tiger prior to their match, and he teases her. He is also shown to be irritated at the fact that he had to face off against a kid, even if it was Mr. Satan's granddaughter. However, he is taken down with ease when their match begins, being hurled into a wall (much to the shock and awe of the audience at large).
