Dragon Ball GT (ドラゴンボールＧＴジーティー Doragon Bōru Jī Tī, GT standing for "Grand Tour", commonly abbreviated as DBGT) is one of two sequels to Dragon Ball Z, whose material is produced only by Toei Animation and is not adapted from a preexisting manga series. The Dragon Ball GT series is the shortest of the Dragon Ball series, consisting of only 64 episodes; as opposed to its predecessor, Dragon Ball Z, which consisted of 291 episodes, Dragon Ball, which consisted of 153, and its successor series Dragon Ball Super, with 131 episodes. The series spanned 64 episodes and concluded with the TV special Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy.


《龙珠GT》（DRAGON BALL GT）是根据漫画家鸟山明的超人气作品《龙珠》《龙珠Z》后，由东映动画公司原创制作的龙珠系列动画片，是龙珠超人气作品系列第三部。 故事发生于“龙珠Z”5年后的世界。这部作品的故事大纲非鸟山明本人创作，但其参与了部分角色设定和相关插画。东映动画公司得到集英社授权，由此制作播放了《龙珠Z》世界的续集，也即第三部龙珠动画，《龙珠GT》（日语：ドラゴンボールGT，英语：DragonBallGT），"GT"众多之意中最主要代表着“GrandTouring/グランド・ツーリング/壮大なる旅”(宏阔旅程)、“GreatTouring/グレート・ツーリング/伟大なる旅”（伟大旅程）、“GalaxyTouring/ギャラクシー・ツーリング/银河の旅”（银河之旅）之意。 随着龙珠的人气越来越高，东映决定于1996年开始原创制作播出龙珠第三部系列动画（龙珠GT）。从1996年2月7日到1997年11月19日在富士电视台播出。 共64集+特别篇1集。

Super 17 Saga

The Super 17 Saga (超スーパー１７じゅうなな号ごう編 Sūpā Jū Nana-Gō Hen, lit. "Super No. 17 Arc"), also called the Super 17 Android Saga and Super Android Saga (超人造人間編) is the third saga of Dragon Ball GT, taking place after the Baby Saga. This arc sees the return of Android 17, who was wished back to life after the Cell Games Saga.

超级17号篇

缪博士死于贝比手里后，于地狱遇到了设计人造人的格罗博士，二人决定制造究极人造人超级17号，并且控制位于地狱与人间的好坏17号以意念打开了地狱往人间之门，大战一触即发。所有死去的坏人全部复活，几经周折，战士们将其一一打败并将其送回地狱，由于敌人害怕悟空的力量而格罗博士与缪博士将其骗入地狱。后神界丹迪与求情不成于天堂破坏树木以如愿到达地狱的短笛，合力用意念重新打开了地狱往人间之门，使悟空重返人间救援，以超级赛亚人四与合体后的超级17号激战，后在18号的帮助下将其打倒，后使世界又恢复和平。死去的好人也又一次复活了，可短笛为了不让黑星龙珠复活而拒绝了重生的机会。

Super 17 Saga 超级17号篇

Super 17 超级17号

超级17号是日本动画《龙珠GT》的反派角色，由人间和地狱的两个人造人17号合体而成的终极人造人，实力十分强大。他轻松打败了除孙悟空以外的其他Z战士，勉强吸收超级赛亚人4孙悟空的十倍龟派气功后完胜孙悟空。然而超级17号始终亲情未泯，因为不忍心伤害孪生姐姐18号而失去打败孙悟空的机会，最后被孙悟空的龙拳爆发击穿心脏，后中了龟派气功而死亡。设定集中提及，地球版人造人17号最后被龙珠复活。

Super 17 (超スーパー１７じゅうなな号ごう Sūpā Jū Nana-Gō, lit. "Super No. 17") is the powerful fusion of Android 17 and Hell Fighter 17; created by the evil scientists Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu. He is the main antagonist of the Super 17 Saga.

Hell Fighter 17 地狱17号

地狱17号是《龙珠GT》里反派角色。由格罗博士和缪博士在地狱制造出来的人造人，外形虽然与拉彼斯（鸟山明设定的人造人17号真实姓名）一样，但自身实力在人间版之上。

Hell Fighter 17 (新ヘルファイター１７号ごう Heru Faitā Jū Nana-Gō) is a Machine Mutant created by the evil scientists Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu while in Hell.

Android 17 人造人17号

人造人17号，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。本名拉彼斯，是一位围着红围巾的帅气男孩，后来被格罗博士捉去改造成人造人。贝吉塔等人追到研究所时被放出来。在杀死格罗博士获得自由后，为了杀孙悟空而跟16号、18号一起上路。后来在16号和沙鲁战斗中，不幸被沙鲁吸收。在沙鲁被孙悟饭消灭后死去，后被神龙复活。复活后成为王立自然公园动物保护区里的职业护林员，并与一名女性动物学者结婚生子。在《龙珠超》的宇宙生存篇中17号成为代表第七宇宙参赛的10名参赛选手之一，表现出色。

Android 17 (人じん造ぞう人にん間げん１７号ごう Jinzōningen Jū Nana-Gō), Lapis (ラピス Rapisu) when he was an ordinary human, is the younger twin brother of Android 18 and Dr. Gero's seventeenth android creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku. Despite his interests not initially deviating from this expectation, Android 17 takes it upon himself to kill Dr. Gero, who is uncooperative with Android 18's curiosity in activating Android 16 and deemed inferior by 17.

Dr. Gero 格罗博士

格罗博士是日本经典动漫《龙珠》中的人物，红缎带军团的科学家。在红缎带军团被孙悟空消灭后，他矢志报仇，一直在研制能够打败悟空的人造人，最后将自己也改造成了人造人，也就是人造人20号。后来他被比克击败后，逃回了研究所，最后被叛变的人造人17号和18号杀死。

Dr. Gero (ドクター・ゲロ Dokutā Gero, lit. "Doctor Gero"), also known as Android 20 (人造人間２０号 Jinzōningen Niju-Gō, lit. "Artificial Human No. 20"), is a major supporting antagonist in the Dragon Ball franchise, appearing in the Dragon Ball manga and the animes Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. He is a genius scientist who is the mastermind behind the Red Ribbon Androids, chief amongst them the bio-organic Cell. Dr. Gero is the main antagonist of the Androids Saga. Dr. Gero's appearance consists of slightly tanned skin, blue eyes, a large bushy white mustache, and long hair. He also has a Red Ribbon Army logo located on the hat that hides his visible brain after he turns himself into an android. Dr. Gero's mechanical body also lacks the eyebrows he had in his old, organic form, instead having a pronounced brow. His clothing is black, with orange sections at the upper arms, and light yellow sleeves at the lower arms. His pants are dark brown, and his shoes are black and white.

Dr. Myuu 缪博士

缪博士，是《龙珠GT》的角色，实际上是以前的贝比（即兹尔夫王）制造出来的突变体机器人，一心沉醉于研究强大的突变体机器人，从而走了邪路。为了研究出最强的生命体——贝比，他不择手段，用尽了一切办法诱骗战士们上钩，目的为了吸取他们的能量。但是野心被孙悟空一行人粉碎之后，他也被新生的贝比杀死了。来到地狱里以后，他与格罗博士一起研发出了地狱17号，最后打开地狱之门，又复活了过来，但是没多久，就被超级17号（两个17号合体）干掉，从此就再没有出现。

Dr. Myuu (Ｄｒ．ドクター・ミュー Dokutā Myū) is a Machine Mutant who first appears in Dragon Ball GT. His goal was the completion of the Total Galaxy Conquest Operation. He is the main antagonist of the Black Star Dragon Ball Saga and secondary antagonist of the Baby and Super 17 Sagas.

General Rilldo 利尔德
《龙珠GT》里的角色，缪博士麾下的将军，最强大的突变体机器人，实力强悍，头脑灵活，整个M2星球都相当于他的身体，可以任意加以改变。结局是被悟空一行人的光波炸成碎片。
General Rilldo (リルド将軍しょうぐん Rirudo Shōgun) is an alien who was reconstructed into a Machine Mutant, and is Dr. Myuu's general, as well as the commander of planet M-2. He is an antagonist of the Baby Saga.

Frieza 弗利沙

弗利萨，日本漫画家鸟山明经典作品《龙珠》中的那美克星篇的主要反派角色，战斗力十分强大，大头目级人物。自称是最强的宇宙帝王，收服了大量的手下，所占领的资源丰富的星球超过百个，并借助外星高科技制造宇宙飞船用于军事侵略，挑选的部队都是精英战士。由于害怕超级赛亚人的出现，毁灭了贝吉塔行星，几乎令赛亚人灭绝。后来通过探测器听到了贝吉塔跟那巴的对话得知那美克星有龙珠可以实现愿望，便出发去那美克星夺取龙珠企图实现长生不老的愿望。但是在到达那美克星后不久，手下逐个被贝吉塔及孙悟空等人杀死，亲自出手时展示三段变身的能力让所有人感到绝望，由于杀死了克林令孙悟空极度愤怒觉醒变成超级赛亚人，经过一番激战终于被孙悟空打败。濒死之际被父亲库尔德王救回并被改造成机械形态，随后带着他父亲进攻地球，那个时候他的实力得了极大的提升。结果弗利萨和父亲以及带的士兵全部被未来特兰克斯杀死。艾纪779年，剧场版《龙珠Z：复活的F》中，弗利萨被其残党领导者索尔贝以及塔格玛用龙珠复活，复活后通过修炼变成黄金弗利萨，带领大军前往地球复仇。他与变身成超蓝的孙悟空展开激战，并一度压倒悟空，最后还是被孙悟空用龟派气功消灭。《龙珠超》宇宙生存篇中暂时复活并代表第7宇宙参战“力之大会”，最终第7宇宙取得胜利，弗利萨因比赛有功被天使维斯复活，后续在异次元空间修炼十年获得全新形态。

Frieza (フリーザ Furīza) is the main antagonist of the Dragon Ball series. He is the descendant of Chilled, the youngest son of King Cold, the younger brother of Cooler and the father of Kuriza. After inheriting Cold's imperialist army and rising to power as the emperor of Universe 7, Frieza quickly established himself as a cruel and ruthless tyrant, feared for his immense power. Ever since his invasion of Namek, Frieza has been the series' most recurring villain, clashing with his archnemesis Goku and his allies on several occasions, becoming even more powerful every time.

Cell 塞鲁

沙鲁，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。由格罗博士制造的终极人造人，拥有众多高手的细胞，目的是吸收人造人17号和人造人18号变成完全体。他用武力吸收了人造人17号，后来又被贝吉塔给予机会吸收了人造人18号成为完全体。先后打败贝吉塔、特兰克斯，而且和悟空打得不相上下。但在孙悟饭出场后，为了激发悟饭的力量并压制悟饭，后来悟饭因人造人16号的死而变成超二，被超二悟饭迅速压制。企图自爆同归于尽失败后，因为有赛亚人的细胞，濒死复活实力大增。一招秒杀特兰克斯，打伤悟饭的左臂，用龟派气功与悟饭对波时一度稳占上风压过悟饭的龟派气功，但最后仍然不敌受悟空鼓励而力量全开的悟饭，因此而落败死亡。

Cell (セル Seru) is the ultimate creation of Dr. Gero, designed via cell recombination using the genetics of the greatest fighters that the remote tracking device could find on Earth. The result was a "perfect warrior", possessing numerous favorable genetic traits and special abilities from Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza and King Cold. He was one of the few Red Ribbon Androids not directly completed by Dr. Gero, instead being completed by Dr. Gero's Supercomputer in an alternate timeline. After achieving perfection, he sought to dominate the world through fear of his incredible power. He is the main antagonist of the overarching Cell Saga.

Cooler 古拉

古拉，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。为弗利萨的哥哥。出现在剧场版《超越极限的最强对最强》与《100亿能量战士》中。比起弗利萨，他还有多一个变身。为了替弗利萨报仇而来到地球对付孙悟空。但是跟弟弟一样小看了超级赛亚人的能力，自身连同自己的能源球被悟空一起轰向太阳而落败。被轰进太阳后并未完全死去，残骸飘进了宇宙坟墓中与机械体结合成为了金属生命行星的核心，并入侵新那美克星，悟空等人前去支援，但古拉遇到了他们。实力比过去更为强大，使悟空陷入了苦战，在贝吉塔的帮助下两人变成超级赛亚人后总算勉强打倒了一个复制体，但是却发现还有一大堆的古拉复制体等着他们。悟空与贝吉塔被抓住后，总算看见了古拉的核心，他本打算吸干悟空与贝吉塔的所有能量，但却被两人的强大潜质的能量弄到短路，最后本体被悟空破坏。

Cooler (クウラ Kūra, lit. "Coora") is the eldest son of King Cold and Frieza's older brother. The boss of the Cooler Force division, he is just as cruel as the rest of his family and was the first known member of his family to discover a transformation beyond his race's true form. Cooler is the titular main antagonist in Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge. An emulation of him known as Meta-Cooler acts as the main antagonist in Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler.

Raditz 拉蒂兹

拉蒂兹（日文名：ラディッツ、英文名：Raditz）是日本经典漫画《龙珠》及其衍生动画《龙珠Z》《龙珠改》等作品中的反派角色，由千叶繁配音。来自贝吉塔星的赛亚人，巴达克与姬内的长子，孙悟空（卡卡罗特）的哥哥。来到地球寻找孙悟空加入赛亚人同伙，被拒绝后掳走孙悟饭，与孙悟空及短笛展开交战，最终被短笛的魔贯光杀炮击败。根据《最强Jump》之设定，拉蒂兹少年时期属于上级战士，因疏于锻炼，导致成人后战斗力低下。

Raditz (ラディッツ Radittsu), also known as "Raditz the Runt", is a mid-class Saiyan warrior, the older brother of Goku and the eldest son of Bardock and Gine. He is one of the few remaining full-blooded Saiyans left alive after his homeworld was destroyed. He seeks out Goku in order to recruit him into the Frieza Force to aid in conquering planets. Raditz is the main antagonist of the Raditz Saga, and the first antagonist in Dragon Ball Z.

Pui Pui 普依

普依，也翻译作“呸呸”，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。一个生活在10倍重力星球上的邪恶怪物，跟随巴比迪来到地球，在与贝吉塔的交战中被贝吉塔轻易杀死。

Pui Pui (プイプイ PuiPui) is one of Babidi's minions. He is the guardian of level one in Babidi's Spaceship, which houses the Sealed Ball containing Majin Buu.

Yakon 也戈

也戈，日本漫画《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色，魔导师巴比迪手下之一。跟随巴比迪来到地球，在与孙悟空的交战中被打败。全名是魔兽也戈，来自黑暗行星，能吃光。在巴菲迪宇宙船的第二层。魔法师巴比迪用魔法将悟空他们和也戈一起送到了黑暗行星，使得悟空不得不在黑暗中作战，为此悟空变成了超级赛亚人，但是也戈吃掉了他的能量。于是，孙悟空一直保持着超级赛亚人的状态。最终，也戈因强行吸收孙悟空变身成超级赛亚人2时散发出的能量而爆炸身亡。后来在《龙珠GT》中也有出现，那时身份以地狱复活的战士出现，但是被悟天和特兰克斯一起消灭。

Yakon (ヤコン Yakon) is one of Babidi's minions, trying to free Majin Buu. Yakon is a monster that sports a large, retractable claw in each of his forearms. Unlike most henchman of Babidi who have the Majin symbol on their forehead, Yakon has it on his chest.

Android 19 人造人19号

人造人19号是日本动画《龙珠Z》的角色，格罗博士制作的人造人，手掌拥有可以吸收能量的配置。实力较弱，在和超赛孙悟空的战斗中被孙悟空压制。在打败心脏病发作的孙悟空后，与贝吉塔交战，被贝吉塔用大爆炸攻击杀死。《龙珠GT》中再次复活，结果被特兰克斯和孙悟天秒杀。

Android 19 (人造人間１９号 Jinzōningen Jū Kyū-Gō, lit. "Artificial Human No. 19") is Dr. Gero's nineteenth creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku, who overthrew the Red Ribbon Army as a child. He is the secondary antagonist of the Androids Saga. Android 19's appearance consists of completely white skin, two dangling earrings, extra-large orange pants, an extra-large banana white strap-on vest, a broad red sash, and an orange pointed hat with a Red Ribbon Army logo on the front. He is overweight and has pointed, light blue cold eyes. Underneath his hat is a domed glass cranium, similar to that of Android 20 but with a pinkish color and an entirely mechanical brain housed inside.

King Cold 库尔德王
库尔德王（コルド大王、King Cold），日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。宇宙最强大的战士之一，属于超级稀有的战斗种族，是古拉（不存在于正史）与弗利萨的父亲。那美克星大战之际，及时救回濒临死亡的弗利萨。一年后，和弗利萨一起到地球找超级赛亚人孙悟空报仇，却双双被未来特兰克斯杀死。
King Cold (コルド大だい王おう Korudo Daiō, lit. "Great King Cold") is the king and former emperor of Universe 7 as well as a shadow member of his family organization, the Frieza Force, leading it when it was known as the Cold Force. He is the father of Cooler and Frieza, as well as the grandfather of Kuriza. King Cold is the secondary antagonist of the Trunks Saga.

Babidi 巴比迪

Babidi (バビディ Babidi) is an evil alien wizard and the clone son of Bibidi. Babidi is the main antagonist of the Babidi Saga and the secondary antagonist of the Majin Buu Saga.

Jeice 吉斯

吉斯（另译杰斯、捷斯）是日本漫画家鸟山明创作的著名漫画《龙珠》及衍生作品中的角色，基纽特战队中的一员。奉弗利萨之命前往那美克星搜集龙珠，后死于贝吉塔之手。其名字是英语奶酪“cheese”的谐音。

Jeice (ジース Jīsu) is a member of the Ginyu Force, acting as Ginyu's second in command and fighting partner of Burter. Being a red-skinned alien humanoid in appearance, Captain Ginyu best describes him as an extremely flamboyant and showy white-haired mutant. Nicknamed the "Red Magma", he often pairs with Burter for combination attacks, such as the Purple Comet Attack.

Burter 巴特

巴特，男，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。隶属于基纽特种部队，自称速度是宇宙第一。奉弗利萨之命前往那美克星收集龙珠。巴特在与孙悟空的交战中被打至奄奄一息，贝吉塔则趁这个机会将他杀死。

Burter (バータ Bāta) is the fastest member of the mercenary platoon known as the Ginyu Force. Being nicknamed the "Blue Hurricane", he often performs combo attacks with Jeice, such as the Purple Comet Hurricane. He is very arrogant, boastful, and tends to talk down to his opponents.

Recoome 利库姆

利库姆是日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色，弗利萨军团中基纽特战队的一员，在基纽特战队中，实力与巴特、吉斯同一程度。奉弗利萨之命前往那美克星收集龙珠，曾独自打败贝吉塔、孙悟饭、克林三人，但被及时赶到，实力大增的孙悟空以一记令贝吉塔难以想象，大感震惊的重击打倒，在吉斯逃跑后，被贝吉塔杀死。

Recoome (リクーム Rikūmu) is a member of the Ginyu Force. He is the most flamboyant member as he is seen striking poses more often in battle than Captain Ginyu himself and generally behaving in a deceptively goofy manner.

Guldo 古杜

古杜，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品里的角色，隶属于基纽特种部队，实力最弱，但是他拥有超能力，可以控制时间。他憋气多久就能让时间停止多久，他还能使对手不能移动。当他正要杀死克林和孙悟饭的时候，被贝吉塔偷袭砍掉脑袋而死。

Guldo (グルド Gurudo) is the smallest and least physically powerful member of the Ginyu Force. Guldo possesses some psychic abilities, including being able to stop time for as long as he can hold his breath; this seems to be one of the primary reasons he has attained membership to the Ginyu Force. In battle, Guldo is cowardly, and desperate, resorting to different tactics to defeat his enemies.

Cui 邱夷

邱夷，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色，首次登场是在弗利萨行星79号。弗利萨的手下，自以为能解决贝吉塔，但最后被贝吉塔轻易杀掉。

Cui (キュイ Kyui) is an elite soldier who serves under Frieza in the Frieza Force. Cui is an indigo-skinned, scaly, fish-faced alien. With the exception of his boots being green, he wears the common Battle Armor.

Zarbon 萨博

萨博，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色，是弗利萨的得力干将，可以通过变身来增强实力，最终于那美克星死于贝吉塔之手。注重外在形象，表面温文尔雅，实则内心异常残忍无情，常年辅佐弗利萨为害一方。

Zarbon (ザーボン Zābon) is a member of the Frieza Force. He is a cunning warrior who serves alongside Dodoria as one of Frieza's top two highest ranking Generals and right-hand men. Zarbon is an elite warrior who values beauty and his physical appearance above all else. He is considered to be very handsome. He has long green braided hair and his tiara and earrings are reminiscent of his previous status as a high-class prince. He is very vain, and he considers himself to be of the highest standard due to his background and his good looks. His light blue skin and golden eyes indicate his reptilian alien ancestry. He also wears a long light blue cape, as well as pink arm warmers, blue leg warmers, and blue underwear. Along with his choice of clothing, he wears the common armor that most of Frieza's military men have, including the shoulder pads and a blue scouter.

Dodoria 多多利亚

多多利亚，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色，和萨博一样，都是弗利萨的随从，曾参与毁灭贝吉塔行星，目睹了弗利萨毁灭贝吉塔行星的过程！后跟随弗利萨到那美克星收集龙珠，残忍地杀害了许多那美克星人，最后死于贝吉塔之手。性格粗心大意，脾气暴躁。

Dodoria (ドドリア Dodoria) is a member of the Frieza Force. He is a ruthless warrior that serves alongside Zarbon as one of Frieza's top two highest ranking Generals and right-hand men. Dodoria is a large and pink alien warrior with protruding spikes on his arms and head. He also wears a blue variant of the common Battle Armor that most of Frieza's men have, including the brown colored shoulder pads and a green scouter. In the manga, Dodoria has only three fingers per hand while he has more human-like four fingers and a thumb in the anime.

Nappa 那帕

那巴，日本经典动漫《龙珠》中其衍生作品中的角色。出身贝吉塔行星的名门贵族，他和拉蒂兹属于贝吉塔的部下，贝吉塔行星遭到弗利萨的毁灭，那巴是仅存的少数赛亚人之一，他们以攻击适合居住的星球并以高价出售卖给外星人为生。艾纪762年，与贝吉塔入侵地球。那巴先后击杀饺子、天津饭、比克，但被孙悟空打成重伤，随后被认为他已经无利用价值的贝吉塔所杀。

Nappa (ナッパ Nappa) is a mid-class Saiyan warrior from Planet Vegeta, and Vegeta's partner in combat. Prior to the destruction of Planet Vegeta, Nappa was the general of the Saiyan Army and aid/partner to the young prince, Vegeta. After his race's demise, he, along with Vegeta and Raditz, worked as soldiers directly under Frieza, which led him to Earth. Nappa is the secondary antagonist of the Vegeta Saga.

Saibamen 栽培人

栽培人是日本漫画《龙珠》角色。战斗力有1200，单论力量可以与战斗力1500的拉蒂兹匹敌，虽然战力很低，但实力很可怕。栽培人是赛亚人的传统武器之一。不过不是赛亚人的发明，是赛亚人以前在某个星球发现的生物。栽培人自己会战斗，是方便的道具，但是很难采摘到培育用的种子，数量很少很贵重，并不是谁都可以用的。而且，栽培人性格凶暴有可能袭击己方，只有被选拔的战士才能持有。

Saibamen (栽サイ培バイマン Saibaiman, lit. "Cultivation Man"), called Cultivars in the Viz translation of the manga, are green, humanoid creatures that grow from a planted seed placed in the ground. The bulbs are stored in a special liquid prior to their use by a Saiyan. In Dragon Ball Fusions, they are considered part of the Alien race.

Staff Officer Black 布拉克副官

红缎带军团的总帅助手兼总指挥副官。黑人、身材高大，将世上有七颗龙珠的事情告知黑元帅。当得知黑元帅收集龙珠是为了增高后，将黑元帅击毙，任命自己为总帅。为迎战孙悟空，他驾驶超级机械人（战斗夹克）与之战斗，最终被孙悟空击败。

Staff Officer Black (ブラック参謀 Burakku Sanbō) is an assistant of Commander Red, and is not given much of a role until the near end of the Commander Red Saga. Black carries out Commander Red's orders and informs Commander Red of the current situations with the remaining Red Ribbon Army officers until late in the story where he becomes Commander Black upon killing Red and usurping his position.

General Blue 布鲁将军

布鲁将军（BLUE，ブルー将军），也翻译为“蓝将军”。日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色。红缎带军团的干部之一，为争夺龙珠与孙悟空等人多次较量。布鲁将军相貌英俊、有洁癖，但其为人残忍，会为一点小事杀死手下。他的实力不俗，单挑战胜过库林，蓝色的眼睛拥有超能力，就连龟仙人也曾被他的超能力暗算。后在与天下第一杀手桃白白的战斗中被杀。

General Blue (ブルー将軍, Burū-Shōgun) is the titular villain of the General Blue Saga arc in the original Dragon Ball series. One of the Red Ribbon Army's leaders and seemingly its most powerful member, Blue has special telekinetic abilities that allow him to paralyze other individuals and can also be used to control objects. He is a neat freak, and when he does not enjoy Bulma's attempts at seduction, she states that he is gay. He manages to steal the Dragon Radar during their final encounter but after returning to the army's headquarters is set to be executed for not obtaining any of the Dragon Balls after multiple failures. He is allowed to fight the hitman Mercenary Tao to redeem himself, though Tao easily kills Blue using only his tongue.

Captain Yellow

Captain Yellow (イエロー大佐 Ierō Taisa, lit. "Colonel Yellow") is an anthropomorphic tiger and a Red Ribbon Army operative who tries to find the Dragon Balls for General Copper and his superior, Commander Red.

Captain Dark

Captain Dark, also known as Dock (ドック Dokku) in the original Japanese version, is an obese soldier who works for General Blue of the Red Ribbon Army.

Major Metallitron 阿诺中尉

红缎带军团的白队军曹，又译麦塔力克中士，机器人。外表酷似阿诺德·施瓦辛格饰演的“T800机器人”。右手可以脱离手臂给予敌人打击、嘴部可发射导弹。最后被孙悟空的龟派气功波击毁。

Major Metallitron, also known as Sergeant Metallic (メタリック軍曹 Metarikku Gunsō) in the original Japanese version, is an android created by the Red Ribbon Army, and Goku's second challenge in the Muscle Tower.

Enma 老婆婆

Enma (老婆 Rōbā, lit. "Old Woman") is an old woman who is in charge of the deepest and darkest region of Hell. She runs a torture system to punish all those who make trouble in the upper part of Hell.

Goz and Mez

Goz and Mez are two watch-keepers of Hell. Goz is the second strongest Ogre after King Yemma, and Mez is the second fastest Ogre after King Yemma. Mez looks just like the guide Ogre, but his skin is red and he is much more buff (but still wears glasses). They wear T-shirts with "HELL" label on them in matching color. In the Ocean Group dubs edited version, the 'HELL' label is airbrushed into reading 'HFIL', which additionally is worked into the plot of the episode as being an acronym for "Home for Infinite Losers". Very much like the Sweeper oni, Goz and Mez speak with おに (oni) in every phrase.

Goz resembles Man-Wolf's human form. Mez resembles "Hero" (the human body Kami used at the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament).

World Tournament Announcer

The World Tournament Announcer (天下一武道会アナウンサー Tenkaichi Budōkai Anaunsā, lit. "The Number One Under Heaven Martial Arts Gathering Announcer") is the man who hosts every World Martial Arts Tournament from the beginning of Dragon Ball to Dragon Ball GT. Along with commentating, he sometimes acts as a referee for tournament matches other than the preliminary matches, usually counting when a contestant is down.

Papayaman

Papayaman (パパイヤマン Papaiya Man) is Majuub's alter ego and an attempt to hide his true identity during the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament. His true identity was easily discovered by Goku.

Mad Chilli

Mad Chilli (エビッチリー Ebicchirī) is a semi finalist in the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament. He lost to Papayaman (who is Majuub in disguise).

Mugley

Mugley (マグーレ Magūre) is the winner of the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament's Junior division. After making it to the finals of the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament, Mugley wins the Junior division by running up to Goku and almost knocking him out of the ring while Goku was distracted by Vegeta. Goku held onto the arena's edge, but Mugley tickled him off.

Charlie

Charlie is a competitor in the junior division of the 31st World Martial Arts Tournament. He competes at the beginning of the tournament, and faces Goku. He is defeated by Goku making him cry when he injures himself trying to kick Goku.
