Dragon Ball Z is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. Part of the Dragon Ball media franchise, it is the sequel to the 1986 Dragon Ball anime series and adapts the latter 325 chapters of the original Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama. The series aired in Japan on Fuji TV from April 1989 to January 1996 and was later dubbed for broadcast in at least 81 countries worldwide. Dragon Ball Z continues the adventures of Goku in his adult life as he and his companions defend the Earth against villains including aliens (Vegeta, Frieza), androids (Cell), and magical creatures (Majin Buu). At the same time, the story parallels the life of his son, Gohan, as well as the development of his rivals, Piccolo and Vegeta. Due to the success of the anime in the United States, the manga chapters making up its story were initially released by Viz Media under the Dragon Ball Z title. The anime's popularity has also spawned numerous media and merchandise that has come to represent the majority of content within the Dragon Ball franchise. Dragon Ball Z remains a cultural icon through numerous adaptations and re-releases, including a remastered broadcast titled Dragon Ball Z Kai. Dragon Ball Z has since been followed by two sequel series: Dragon Ball GT (1996–1997) and Dragon Ball Super (2015–2018).

Frieza Saga
The Frieza Saga (フリーザ編 Furīza Hen, lit. "Freeza Arc") is the second major plot arc of Dragon Ball Z. The manga volumes that it is made up of are "The Wrath of Freeza", "Goku vs. Freeza", and "The Super Saiyan". Nearly all of the Frieza Saga takes place on the planet Namek. The main plot is the long-awaited battle between Goku and Frieza, with Krillin, Gohan, Piccolo and Vegeta taking on the tyrant first with little success. In Japan, this saga aired in 1991. In the U.S., it aired in 1999. This is the first part of US season 3. This saga comprises the Funimation Remastered Box Set, the second half of the Funimation Dragon Ball Z Dragon Box Volume 2 Set and the first part of the Dragon Ball Z: Dragon Box Volume 3 Set. Funimation splits the Frieza Saga into three parts: the Namek Saga, Captain Ginyu Saga and Frieza Saga.
弗利萨篇第075话~第107话
因为丹丹(天天)许愿让短笛复活，地球的天神及七龙珠也跟着复活。短笛来到那美克星和菁英战士内鲁同化，让自身的战斗力更上一层楼，与弗利萨展开战斗。想不到弗利萨拥有三次的变身，每一次的变身后力量就会大幅提升，身上的伤势也跟着一起复原，所以短笛等人面临危机，即使后来悟空参战也依旧不敌弗利萨。最后悟空因为小林的缘故，愤而变身为传说中的超级赛亚人，弗利萨无法接受比他更强的敌人出现在自己的面前，索性将那美克星炸掉。后来通过悟空向界王大人的媒介，向地球上的同伴们转述“收集七龙珠，让被弗利萨杀死的那美克星人复活”，如此一来大长老复活，而波仑伽神龙也会跟着复活。之后丹丹(天天)再向波仑伽神龙许愿，将除了弗利萨和悟空以外的人全部传送到地球避难。最后悟空在那美克星球上打败弗利萨，在那美克星球爆炸前夕，悟空也搭乘杰纽特攻队来的宇宙船飞走保住性命。

弗利萨，日本漫画家鸟山明经典作品《龙珠》中的那美克星篇的主要反派角色，战斗力十分强大，大头目级人物。自称是最强的宇宙帝王，收服了大量的手下，所占领的资源丰富的星球超过百个，并借助外星高科技制造宇宙飞船用于军事侵略，挑选的部队都是精英战士。由于害怕超级赛亚人的出现，毁灭了贝吉塔行星，几乎令赛亚人灭绝。后来通过探测器听到了贝吉塔跟那巴的对话得知那美克星有龙珠可以实现愿望，便出发去那美克星夺取龙珠企图实现长生不老的愿望。但是在到达那美克星后不久，手下逐个被贝吉塔及孙悟空等人杀死，亲自出手时展示三段变身的能力让所有人感到绝望，由于杀死了克林令孙悟空极度愤怒觉醒变成超级赛亚人，经过一番激战终于被孙悟空打败。濒死之际被父亲库尔德王救回并被改造成机械形态，随后带着他父亲进攻地球，那个时候他的实力得了极大的提升。结果弗利萨和父亲以及带的士兵全部被未来特兰克斯杀死。艾纪779年，剧场版《龙珠Z：复活的F》中，弗利萨被其残党领导者索尔贝以及塔格玛用龙珠复活，复活后通过修炼变成黄金弗利萨，带领大军前往地球复仇。他与变身成超蓝的孙悟空展开激战，并一度压倒悟空，最后还是被孙悟空用龟派气功消灭。《龙珠超》宇宙生存篇中暂时复活并代表第7宇宙参战“力之大会”，最终第7宇宙取得胜利，弗利萨因比赛有功被天使维斯复活，后续在异次元空间修炼十年获得全新形态。
Frieza (フリーザ Furīza) is the main antagonist of the Dragon Ball series. He is the descendant of Chilled, the youngest son of King Cold, the younger brother of Cooler and the father of Kuriza. After inheriting Cold's imperialist army and rising to power as the emperor of Universe 7, Frieza quickly established himself as a cruel and ruthless tyrant, feared for his immense power. Ever since his invasion of Namek, Frieza has been the series' most recurring villain, clashing with his archnemesis Goku and his allies on several occasions, becoming even more powerful every time.

波仑伽，男，鸟山明漫画《龙珠》的角色，那美克星的大长老制造的神龙，外形有点像阿拉丁神灯里面的灯神。初次登场是在弗利萨篇。他可以实现三个愿望，并且可以让死过多次的人复活。但是，和地球的神龙不同的是，他一次只能使一个人复活。在魔人布欧篇的尾声，新那美克星的大长老说，他已经成功地将波仑伽的能力增强了，所以波仑伽可以一次让地球人全部复活。波仑伽被使用后，只需要等130天就可以再度使用。和地球的神龙一样，他的生命也和他的制造者的生命紧密相连。波仑伽这个名字在那美克星的意思是“梦幻之神”。
Porunga (ポルンガ Porunga) is the wish-granting dragon from Planet Namek. His name in Namekian language translates to "Dragon of Dreams" or "Dragon of Law". In the anime, Dende refers to Porunga as the "Dragon of Love", "God of Dreams", "Maker of Dreams", or even "Granter of Dreams" in Dragon Ball Z Kai. Porunga is much more brutal-looking than Shenron, with a heavily muscled upper body (large pectoral muscles, shoulders, arms, and well defined abdominal muscles). Instead of looking snake-like in appearance, like Shenron does, Porunga appears to be more alligator-like, bearing great resemblance to the Naga, a group of serpent deities in Hindu and Buddhist mythology. He has a long green slithery tail instead of legs. He also has a large fin down the center of his back, and large spikes on his shoulders and head, as well as two antennae on his forehead similar to the Namekian people.

Bardock (バーダック Bādakku) is a low-class Saiyan warrior, the husband of Gine, and the father of Raditz and Goku. He makes his debut as the titular protagonist of the 1990 TV special Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku. Bardock's childhood until his early years in adulthood is unknown, but he is shown to lead his own squad into battle, and they are very successful in accomplishing their assignments. He is an adept fighter and a devoted Saiyan Army soldier under the Frieza Force until he realizes his tyrannical boss plans to annihilate the Saiyan race.
King Vegeta
King Vegeta (ベジータ王 Bejīta-ō), more specifically Vegeta III (ベジータ三世 Bejīta Sansei), was the last king of the Saiyans and the father of Vegeta IV and Tarble. After his people were annexed by King Cold's Cold Army he had no choice but to pledge allegiance, but still kept power over his people; this continued into the Saiyans' time under Frieza's Frieza Force, until the tyrant slaughtered them.
