Dragon Ball Z is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. Part of the Dragon Ball media franchise, it is the sequel to the 1986 Dragon Ball anime series and adapts the latter 325 chapters of the original Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama. The series aired in Japan on Fuji TV from April 1989 to January 1996 and was later dubbed for broadcast in at least 81 countries worldwide. Dragon Ball Z continues the adventures of Goku in his adult life as he and his companions defend the Earth against villains including aliens (Vegeta, Frieza), androids (Cell), and magical creatures (Majin Buu). At the same time, the story parallels the life of his son, Gohan, as well as the development of his rivals, Piccolo and Vegeta. Due to the success of the anime in the United States, the manga chapters making up its story were initially released by Viz Media under the Dragon Ball Z title. The anime's popularity has also spawned numerous media and merchandise that has come to represent the majority of content within the Dragon Ball franchise. Dragon Ball Z remains a cultural icon through numerous adaptations and re-releases, including a remastered broadcast titled Dragon Ball Z Kai. Dragon Ball Z has since been followed by two sequel series: Dragon Ball GT (1996–1997) and Dragon Ball Super (2015–2018).

Cell Games Saga
The Cell Games Saga is the eleventh saga in the Dragon Ball Z series. The manga volumes that comprise it are "The Cell Game", "Gohan vs. Cell", and "Death of a Warrior". This saga aired in Japan in late 1992 and early 1993 and in the United States in late 2000. It is featured in the Funimation Remastered Season Six Box Set, and the fourth and fifth Funimation Dragon Box Sets. Daizenshuu 2 and several other sources refers to the Imperfect Cell Saga, Perfect Cell Saga and Cell Games Saga as one-story arc called the Cell Saga. In Xenoverse, the final part of the saga, where Future Trunks returns to his own time to defeat the Androids and Cell, is its own saga under the name Android Saga.
沙鲁游戏篇第140话~第194话
在众人败给人造人们后，得知另一位来自未来的人造人沙鲁企图吸收17号和18号成为完全体，沙鲁在后来的战斗成功变成完全体并且举办名为“沙鲁游戏”的武道会，最后战士们先后来到精神时光屋进行训练。后来在游戏武道会场上，悟饭在悟空心电感应的帮助下打败沙鲁。同伴们向七龙珠许愿让所有被人造人杀害的人们起死回生，并将人造人17号及18号体内的炸弹拿掉。悟空和界王星上的界王大人等人在此战中死亡，特兰克斯回到未来替未来世界因人造人缘故而丧生的战士们复仇。

He was one of the few Red Ribbon Androids not directly completed by Dr. Gero, instead being completed by Dr. Gero's Supercomputer in an alternate timeline. After achieving perfection, he sought to dominate the world through fear of his incredible power. He is the main antagonist of the overarching Cell Saga.

Cell Jr. (セルJr. Seru Junia) is an offspring of Cell. They were asexually produced from Cell's tail, through cellular mitosis. According to Cell himself, each Cell Junior he produced had his power and abilities.
Mr. Satan 撒旦先生
撒旦先生，日本经典动漫《龙珠》及其衍生作品中的角色，是一名格斗家、武术教练。其本名为马克（Mark），“撒旦先生”为他在格斗界的艺名。多次获得天下第一武道会冠军。
Mr. Satan (ミスター・サタン Misutā Satan), also known as Hercule Satan in the Funimation dub, is the World Martial Arts Champion and the Earth's protector. His real name is Mark (マーク Māku). Mr. Satan is a tall man of a rather muscular and hairy physique and tends to adopt an imposing appearance when seen in public. His black curly Afro, mustache, and well-trimmed sideburns are among his most recognizable traits, as well as his cleft chin. Mr. Satan typically is seen in his martial arts uniform or in fitted suits but has been known to wear more luxurious clothing when resting or making public appearances. His gi is often accented with either a red or white cape depending on which gi he dons, and his notably hairy chest and arms are usually displayed openly. In the end of Dragon Ball Z and throughout Dragon Ball GT, his black curly afro is now in half as the center of his head is naturally bald and a few wrinkles due to his age. In his later years, his mustache now connects to his sideburns. In Dragon Ball Super, Mr. Satan's muscular physique has visibly weakened as a result of indulging in his fame over keeping up with his training, though he otherwise remains the same as his appearance in Dragon Ball Z.
Lime
Lime (ライム Raimu) is a filler character in the Dragon Ball Z anime series who Gohan meets before the Cell Games. She has brown hair tied in two chest-length braided pig tails, and she wears red overalls over her yellow shirt.
Mr. Lao
Mr. Lao (ラオ・チュウ Rao chuu) is an elderly man and a skilled Martial Artist. Mr. Lao's hairstyle strongly resembles that of Master Mutaito. Lao also strongly resembles Fighter 83. His gi is very similar to that of Master Shen though with a different color palette.
Burdwell
Burdwell is a short, fat cowboy from Chazke Village. He and Kasdan work for Mr. Borbonne.
Kasdan
Kasdan is a tall, thin, blonde cowboy from Chazke Village.
Mr. Borbonne
Mr. Borbonne (バーボン Bābon) is a wealthy businessman and the mayor of a city that is close to Chazke Village. He is a short man who only appears in filler sections of the Cell Games Saga. Mr. Borbonne often sends his two thugs, Burdwell and Kasdan, to Chazke Village to take supplies.
Mercenary Tao 桃白白
Mercenary Tao, also known as Tao Pai Pai (桃タオ白パイ白パイ Taopaipai), is an antagonist in the Dragon Ball manga, and the anime Dragon Ball, also making two filler appearances in Dragon Ball Z. He is a highly skilled assassin-for-hire, as well as the younger brother of Master Shen. He charges a hefty price for his expert services, as he normally charges ten billion Zeni per kill (one hundred million in the Japanese version) but gave Commander Red a 20th anniversary discount of five billion Zeni (fifty million in the Japanese version).
KBC News journalist
A KBC News journalist. KBC News is later seen during the Cell Games Saga, where Cell takes over the news to reveal the location of the Cell Games. Later on in the saga, three reporters from the same TV show try to interview him in order to find out where he came from and why he chose Earth as the place of the Cell Games. Cell destroys their camera equipment and kills one of the three with a kick.
King Furry
King Furry, known as the King (国王 Koku-Ō) in the Japanese version, is an anthropomorphic dog who is the current King of Earth during the Dragon Ball series. He assumed his position in Age 733. The king is described as a splendid person, and is one of the few citizens of Earth who knows that Goku is the planet's true hero rather than Mr. Satan.
Vodka
Vodka (ウォッカ Uokka) is a rich gangster who first appears in an anime filler of Dragon Ball as Pamput's manager. He later appears in the Dragon Ball Z episode "The Puzzle of General Tao".
Vodka's bodyguards
Vodka's bodyguards (ウォッカの部下達 Whokka no Buka Tachi) are two men who work for Vodka, Pamput's manager.
Jimmy Firecracker
Jimmy Firecracker, known simply as Cell Games Announcer (セルゲームアナウンサー Seru Gēmu Anaunsā) in the original Japanese version, is the ZTV announcer who gave a play-by-play of the Cell Games.
Lionel
Lionel (called "Nigel" in the Westwood/Ocean dub) is a cameraman who works for ZTV. He works with Jimmy Firecracker on the TV show KBC News, and together they videotape the Cell Games, though they lose most of the footage and did not see the end of the battle, allowing Mr. Satan to persuade them that he defeated Cell. After the Cell Games, Lionel and Jimmy Firecracker are seen at Mr. Satan's victory parade.
Miss Piiza
Miss Piiza (ピーザ Pīza) is the promotional agent of Mr. Satan and his two top disciples, Caroni and Pirozhki.
Caroni
Caroni (カロニー Karonī) is one of Mr. Satan's top two students. He is tall with long blonde hair and seems to have a muscular appearance.
Pirozhki
Pirozhki (ピロシキ Piroshiki) is one of Mr. Satan's top two students. He and Caroni are known as one of the greatest tag teams in their pro leagues. Little do the Earth's inhabitants know how much Pirozhki and Caroni's martial art skills, strength and power pale in comparison to the Dragon Team. Compared to the average human, Pirozhki is very muscular and powerful but in the anime he appears to take on a fat appearance.
